oh yes, i so would. heres how Id do it.

I's switch it on.
Put it into my fellas pocket, ensuring its pointing correct way to film.
Tell him i needed him home in 2 hours (cant have battery switching off before hes finished
Advise him that under no circumstances is he to use the pen, remove it from his jacket or take his jacket off.
