I need to send a small amount of money to Puerto Rico i.e. about 100 pounds. What is the cheapest way of sending it? How safe is it to post money abroad if it is recorded delivery?

I just sent money to usa , via post office , it had tracker on it and arrived all ok , so I would ask there GypsyX

If you send it International Recorded and pay for the extra insurance, at least you are covered.

Check though that PR accepts cash in the mail - some countries don't.
