How do i do probate valuations ?

How do i go about doing probate valuations - i'm starting a house clearance business and have noticed my competitiors all offer this service !

I want to offer the same but i'm not sure what it is or how i do it ? any ideas appreciated

call your competitors and ask them what the service is. Make out you are an interested customer.

i would guess it is to do with putting a value on the goods in a property after someone has died.
