I am a agency worker and i know i am due tak back for the last tax year, how do i claim it back, will i get it automatically or will i need to fill in a form?

You will need to compete a tax return - contact your local tax office and they will arrange for the appropriate form to be sent to you.
If you received a P60 from the agency then you can send a copy of it to the Revenue and Customs people and they will sort it out for you. I did that last year, sending with it a nice letter, and got a cheque back within a week or so. If you haven't got a P60 from the agency your probably best to just send a letter to HMRC and explain your situation.
You do NOT need to complete a tax return, you can do as the above reply has stated.

thanks to everyone for replying...heres to witing and finding out if they send me a p60
They are legally obliged to send you a P60 - but I think they have a couple of months to do it. The end of May rings a bell as their deadline, but ICBW.
