Hi, i am about to start studying towards my mortgage advice exams (CEMAPS) but have a few questions and was wondering if anyone can help out....
Once i have completed the course and passed all three exams will i be able to join a Mortgage Network as an Appointed Representative straight away or will they want several years work experience within the mortgage industry before they accept me?

Also, will a CCJ cause major problems for me registering as a AR with a network?

Thanks everyone

I took my CeMAPs to change career - then regretted it and now have retrained as an audiologist (which I love)
Many employers are looking for people with experience - quite a few seem to promise much but do not deliver
They will ask about your financial background - so yes the CCJ could be a problem
