Hi! Can anyone advise with this question?

We've applied for a secured loan through a broker and there is a procurement fee of 1190 on the form which the broker told us that we didn't have to pay and not to worry about it. However, I'm not totally convinced that he's telling the truth. The loan is with FirstPlus. Does anybody know if we have to pay this amount or is it what the broker will get from FirstPlus. Many thanks.

This is the fee the broker will receive from FirstPlus. He should explain it to you and not just tell you not to worry about it.
