Hello , i was just wondering if any one else has had a similar problem to mine on Ebay.
I purchased an item 2 weeks and paid for it immediately by Paypal,i left it a week them emailed the seller after no sign of delivery but got no reply.Ive just looked at the item description and it now says THE SELLER IS NO LONGER REGISTERED.I had a look at the feedback and he has got something like 80 negatives!
Anybody know what i have to do to get a refund? Im presuming i get in touch with Paypal but does there have to be a certain amount of time before i can claim.? Thanks for any answers.

File a claim within 45 days. If he's NARU'd he may have emptied his Paypal account.
I had a dispute with an ebayer and filed an online claim with ebay. Absolutely no problems and got my refund within around 10 days.

Do it immeadiately, do not wait.

Good luck ~ I claimed a refund 8 months ago from paypal regarding a NRU..I am still waiting due to paypal telling me that 'there are no funds in the sellers account to proceed with refund'.

I don't like paypal!

why would you buy something if he has 80 negs?

I didnt look at the feedback comments at the time. All i saw was a feedback score of around 7000 and about 96% positives so i didnt actually look any further. If i had looked i would have ran a mile.
