I think I've been scammed out of £16.01 to a company called AIYTECH. Can't find much on Google. I don't want to contact my bank, after having 13 instances of fraud on my bank account, the bank is now not prepared to refund amount not authorised by me and I can't prove a negative.

How were you scammed? Did you buy something that didn't arrive?

13 instances!!! Having looked at your previous posts six months ago you said you had been scammed six times. To get an extra seven times in six months is astonishing. Why don't you get a preloaded card, and when you want to buy something online preload only the amount you need for the transaction

Ps I realise my answer does not answer your question, sorry!

I Googled Aiytech and came to Cardvcc.com. I have no idea if this is genuine or not but there is a Contact Us with a 1 800 number. Up to you if you wish to contact. I have no experience with the company

The only connection Aiytech has to Cardvcc.Com (a prepaid virtual card company) is that Aiytech has appeared on some of their customers' card statements.

I've found Aiytech.com ; Aiytech Wanchai ; Aiytech on TikTok ; Aiytech Wanacha

More information from OP needed.

The bank should not fail to refund if the fraud is genuine despite the number of times it happens. If they think you are being careless they may not cooperate. Phone the bank, ask them what's happening and if you don't get the response you think you deserve ask to speak to the complaints department.
