Lloyds ISA at fixed rate for one year is too complex. I have the app and that give no option. Time limit soon up to renew. Then put in 1% rather than 4% as I have been for a year. Customer service is abysmal. Phone a human......No body there.

Have I got this right?

Your Lloyd's ISA is due to mature soon and will revert to 1% interest?

If that's correct, find another ISA provider than allows transfers in, there are lots available. When the ISA matures, open the new ISA, start the transfer process, transfer the whole amount and the Lloyds ISA will be closed on your behalf.
