I decided to do some sunbathing today in my garden and the only shorts I could find were a pair of 1970s style tennis shorts that were probably a few sizes too small

Later on in the day I found a note from Mrs Hairbottom from next door accusing me of releasing a pair of unmentionables from my umbro shorts with intent

I had no idea anything was on show but she claims to have photographic evidence, where so I stand on this matter from a legal point of view?

The balls in her court. Seek legal advice.
I wouldn't worry about it, as neither of you really exists and none of this actually happened.

bob, if Mrs Hairbottom didn't ask your permission to photograph your unmentionables then you have her by the short and curlies.
Best thing you can do Bob is next time you are out sunbathing get a thimble or something that sized to cover your"unmentionables"and thats your problem solved.Sorted.
Best answer goes to sandyRoe HAHAHA
