Been with the same bank since 1960 and can't see any reason to change.

I had 3 accounts with 3 banks, I then switched one account to Starling Bank and 12 months later I switched the other 2 accounts to Starling. Starling is so easy to deal with and voted the Best Bank four years running! Both I and Carakeel only now have Starling accounts.

I banked for years with NatWest but they were incredibly slow to offer on-line banking and a workable website (and later app).
So I switched to one that did. I didn’t close my NatWest account, but most business went to the on-line bank.
Many many years later, the high street banks caught up and I have started to use NatWest again.
