I'm fairly new to online banking. Just checked my direct debits and noticed one that I don't recognise and I wondered if anyone had heard of this company.
Charles Novacroft Direct. The company's line of business includes providing management consulting services. I've never needed this

Contact your bank in the morning and ask them for details of when it was set up. Did you used to get paper statements and does any money go out of your account to this?

I had a similar thing when my life insurance company changed its name and was taken over by another company.
It’s probably fine but phone your bank to make sure.
