having been on furlough for 13 weeks i have now been asked to return on friday.
my question is......ive ben asked to go back on different hours with different days off. can they do this without consulting me first.? thanks.

It will depend on what your contract says. How long have you worked for them and how many hours do you work?

Well if its accept different hours or get finished, its a no brainer really. Be thankful you still have the job and be prepared to give and take a little bit.
