Your company requires costing data for a new atomic plant project. Initial work shows that there is no comparable data on cost of such project is available in company’s records. How should you, as a project manager, respond to this situation? What are your alternatives cost estimation?

Look elsewhere for information- eg find something similar that has been built by someone else?
If you want help with coursework it's best to engage a bit by setting out details of what course you are doing, what you think the answer might involve and a "please" usually helps

It's a question from my course Project Cost and Finance Management
i am a project manager - do what i usually do and guess!
sorry for "guess" read "planning assumption" (in case my boss is looking in!)
Break it down into as may parts a s possible. Use some 'analytical estimating' for each bit. That's one way.
Or look for something similar and get info for that
Should say "as many parts as possible"
Hack into other Company's records.
