Have any of you dealt with this company at all? I placed an order on 10th May. I didn't get the usual confirmation email. The next day I tried to log in without success although I am sure my password was correct. Nevertheless I tried to get a new password. Nothing. Tried twice more. Nothing. Had a look at my credit card account and I have been charged. Emailed asking Chemist where was my new password. Nothing. The site shows 5* Trust Pilot Reviews and yet when I type Chemist UK into TP's website it is not recognised by them. Goods haven't arrived. I spent only £21 but I need to know whether I'm going to get the stuff or not. Thank you for any info on this company.

You seem to be confusing two companies, lb. There is a chemist.co.uk but not a company called chemistuk.
Have you checked out the other organisations that they say they are registered with, the supervising pharmacist and their street address?
They are registered with the General pharmaceutical council that govern pharmacies in the UK. Seem legit. But you can raise an issue with the GPC if you can't sort things out. Registered as frontline Healthcare
I suspect you made an error with your email address when you created your account and so the confirmation email has gone astray. They are a legit company and you only placed the order on Monday. Use the Contact Us form at the bottom of the page to register your concerns.

Well their latest reviews have a large number of disappointed people, it rather looks as they haven’t adapted well to the increased demands of the pandemic and aren’t responding to people’s queries etc.

Oops Zacs, sorry, the link is correct but I did put it incorrectly in TP. No woof, I haven't checked their other registrations, yet. However it looks as if Rowan has, thanks Rowan. Barry I placed the order on Sunday not that it makes any difference. I have used the Contact Us button three times and got nothing back. And after reading the Trust Pilot reviews I am not surprised as that seems to be par for the course with this company - plenty of terrible reviews experiencing the same as me, thanks Danny:-(.
Thank you all, I don't hold out much hope but I'll wait and see if anything arrives next week.
This is the main reason I would not use an online pharmacy...things may get delayed/go astray and then you have the difficulty of sorting the problem out.

Thank you ubasses. More of the same. Pity I didn't spend more, say over £50, then I could have got it back on my credit card.
Question Author
Ginge thanks, but I have honestly never had a problem and I buy all my pharmaceutical stuff online, between three chemists.
I should have stuck to those I know I can trust. Lesson learnt.
If you have paid by debit card and the good do not turn up, ask your bank to do a chargeback, this can take a while because they have to get the refund from the Company.
Phone them on 01706 854854

Write to them at 603 Market Street, Rochdale OL12 8QS
lb...I was thinking more of prescription items....if you're running short and there is a delay/postal problem, it's not as easy to deal with as it is with your GP and local pharmacies, who interact very well to resolve problems.
You can also initiate a credit card chargeback (the £100 s.75 Consumer Credit Act limit does not apply)

LadyB. I know a couple of people who use this service without any problems.

Thanks ubasses, I hadn't heard of Chargeback, good to know. I'll use that probably if my goods don't turn up.
Barry sorry I should have said I have phoned them and they don't answer the phone which again seems to be par for the course. And thanks for the link to Chargeback. Ginge I get all my prescription stuff delivered which is great. Lucky me;-)
has other post come today? It seems rather soon to be expecting a delivery that you only made the order for on monday. Their warehouse probably has fewer staff as people are having to socially distance, and the same for RMail. Some stuff i ordered from simply cook turned up today and i made the order last friday
plus my todays delivery was about 5 minutes ago
Question Author
Well, I switched on my laptop today and lo and behold I see a message from chemist.co.uk acknowledging my order. Wow, only took 6 days I think to myself, but there's hope I suppose.
Then would you believe it all 4 items I had ordered turned up this afternoon. So well done them especially as things stand at the moment.
