cash deposit ?
who do you bank with?
If money has been taken, it's more likely to relate to debit rather than deposit. Bank charges perhaps?

It could be a 'controlled disimbursement' - defined as 'Transaction is related to a service that provides for movement of funds associated with cheque presentation' - have you been overdrawn and they are charging you a service fee?
Cd means cash dispenser - it looks as though your card has been compromised. They usually take small amounts first. Contact your bank ASAP.
Cash Dispenser charges maybe?
I think you need to ask the bank. I assume neither the statement nor their website has a key to these abbreviations.
