hi

i know we need to speak to a solicitor for advise but..
quick question on this below
we have a industrial building which we rent on a 3 year lease the lease ran out in oct17
approx. actually two units we have.

we have been given letter (LANDLORDS NOTICE APPLYING FOR RELEASE FROM LANDLORD COVENANTS OF TENANCY ACT 1995 SECTION 6&8)
Can we still seek compensation from the new landlord? they want us out in jan19 or should we object if we cant seek compensation form the new landlord been here approx 13 or 14 years.

We would like compensation to help with moving. i am 2 weeks late on replying to the letter
