Computer Says No, Then, Yes

I took the plunge and applied to change my phone, broadband and tv from BT to, EE. I filled in all the details and chose my, Plan.

I pressed the "accept" button and the computer said, "no."

At exactly the same time I got an email from EE sayiing, welcome to EE and a Welcome Pack would be in the post. It listed everything I'd chosen.

I know I could ring them for clarification but thought I'd wait a couple of days to see what happens.

What do you think will happen?
