I applied for a bank loan online I then received a text asking me to take photo i.d and a breakdown of what I needed the money for, into a branch, which I did, the person in the bank said I will fax this through and you will hear in 48 hours either way, that was last Tuesday Friday I gave my bank a ring as I hadn't heard either way, and they hadn't received the paperwork, so obviously wasnt faxed over, whatever has happened to efficiency these day, I am still fuming.

I'm surprised they still use fax machines. I thought everything was scanned and emailed nowadays.
I hate banks. They seem to be the one of the least efficient and helpful businesses in this country.
Last loan I applied for, I did online via my bank and the money was in my account in 15 minutes. What's the bank?
