I bought a flight ticket on behalf of my friend in Thailand to get back to the UK. I have just received the e-ticket which will be forwarded to her. But there is a problem.

The e-ticket states "THE PICTURE IDENTIFICATION, INCLUDING CREDIT CARD USED FOR ANY PURCHASE BY
PHONE OR INTERNET, SHALL BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN."

How on earth is she supposed to be presenting my Debit card which is with me in the UK?...

This is very urgent as the flight it just tomorrow. Does anyone have any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your input but I also just found this in their FAQ:

"2. If the travelling passenger is not the credit card owner, the documents required during check-in include; the new itinerary receipt (for details, see Regulations), and photo ID or passport."
it might be worth your friend printing out a copy of that FAQ and taking it with her - it's just the sort of thing that desk staff are occasionally unaware of.
Let's hope she's safely on the flight jno.
