Debt Collection

I need to secure the services of a debt collection agency and when I search online, one of the first to come up is Final Demand. Does anyone know anything about this company and would you recommend? Thanks

frankly I would sue in a small claims court
get a CCJ
send in the bailiffs if small
and convert to a fi.fa ( £60) and send in the sheriffs like what are on tv if large

I have just done the latter
