Hi I don't know if you remember but you very kindly helped me a while back.
I said I'd inform you of the outcome on the original thread but I can't find it.
But anyway the outcome was *It was disregarded again after his wife's death*

Jim, Yes the lump sum, Its took a while but he never needed to appeal.
