Hi. I have the maximum amount of Premium Bonds �30K. But i like the idea of Premium Bonds, are there international Premium Bonds somewhere in the world i could invest in?

I have been asking myself this question as I want to do the same. I have looked everywhere on the web for something similar to our own premium bonds... but nothing. If you should find out anything, please do share! Trinket.

Hello it's me again!

I found out that Ireland and Bangladesh run similar schemes but am unable to find out the fine details - e.g. whether or not they are open to non-residents, the maximum holding, when draws take place, that sort of thing. Trinket.

Thanks for the info, the irish version is called "prize bonds", you can find them at www.prizebonds.ie I have checked with the inland revenue and winnings are not subject to tax in the UK. I have sent off my first purchase today.
