Textloan collection partners anyone know?

Hi there I have got into debt with payday loan lenders and I am worried about one called texloan who at day 46 of no payment (tomorrow will be 1st no payment they transfer it to a collection partner? What do you think that means? Can they come round to my house and threaten me or do they need to go through the legal steps. I have got in touch with an agency called Christians Against Poverty who are negotiating with everyone and I pay them and they pay all my bills at reduced rates. But do they have to have a court order before Ballifs visit my home. Please a warning to everyone never take out payday loans. I am unemployed
