I've been turned down for credit by 02's credit agency, I can see no reason for it and neither can my bank, I've been told I need to look at my credit report. Is there a reputable agency I can use for a one off report?. (I don't mind paying a small fee) rather than signing up for an agency that seem to enter you into a contract that you have to pay monthly after a "free" month?
Many thanks.

Yes dibble - go to someone like Experian. It costs you about three quid for a one-off report and it's very comprehensive. We do ours about every couple of years, just to check what's on record. If it's not correct, you can say so. Look here (and I see they have a free offer on at the moment but I don't know if you get a full report for that) http://www.experian.c...perianhome/?sc=410006
^ ah - no - it's a free 30-day trial on this particular offer. I've only ever paid £3, never paid a subs to them.
Contact Experian they will charge you about £3 for a full credit report. You need to check back 6 years for yourself and anyone you have been financially associated with.
experian or equifax are the normal companies in the UK. If you do both then you will have most of your credit history. Both are obliged to supply paperwork for minimal fee by post - depends how quickly you need it?
