How can I find out the details of a bankruptcy?

I am in a dispute with someone who has now declared himself bankrupt. How can I find out the details of who he owes money to?

Known debts are categorised by the appointed liquidator, and you could write to them if you know who they are. You may receive a list of the known debts and to who if you go to liquidators meeting.
This info will usually be published in local newspapers, or you can write/contact Companies house and enquire.
Do you mean personally bankrupt of his company has been declared bankrupt?

Personally bankrupt.
Crikey .. That's unusual.

That will be the Official Receiver or an Insolvency pactitioner then.
Bankrupcy order by a local county court by them .. or a creditor owed at least £750.
You can carry out a (free) search here, which will show you details of the case, including the name and contact details of the Insolvency Practitioner who is handling the bankrupt person's finances:
