I have some money I want to invest but the best rates seem to be with companies in the same group, i.e. SAGA & BIRM'HAM MIDSHIRES that I already have savings with.
I am aware of the 50,000 compensation scheme & my total savings are in the region of 20,000.
If the group collapses would I get the FULL amount back or just the amount in one of the companies?
