I sold my car to a car dealer 2 weeks ago. The said they would settle the finance immediately however I phoned the finance company to find they havent. A further payment has just been taken from my account and the dealer has sold on the car. They are a Renualt garage. The person who dealt with me has avoided all calls etc. Where do I stand getting this cleared? Thanks for your help.
