I instructed a claims handler to claim compensation from my endowment policy, but the life company refused to deal with them and told me i would have to complain myself, so i applied for the compensation pack did all the work on it and received compensation, but now 3 years on the claims handler is demanding his cut even though he did nothing and wasnt involved in the claim process.
As it was a No Win No Fee contract, and he didnt win it for me is he still entitled to any of the payout?

go to your local CAB and check
