Want to download a credit card application form from their site but all I've got over the last few days has been the spinning blue circle. I've updated my browser, and installed a new browser, but with no luck. Any thoughts?

Obviously i don't know why you've chosen Capital One, but there are much better credit card providers...Which? scores them 21 out of 30.

I have applied and got through the 'quick check'. Now on the 'finish your application below' page and get the blue circle. I had clicked on the summary box and application questions to no avail.
It's not you - it's them.

I only apply for a new credit card when there is a very good 0% interest rate offer.
