Hi, If you are on housing benefit and start work on a low wage, can you still get some housing benefit?If not, can the housing benefit be transfered to a partner who is unemployed? thanks in advance.

The right to housing benefit is determined by your income (and not by the source of that income). So you might still be able to get at least some HB.
