Tax credits - how long?

Hi

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive a decision / award once you have put in a claim form for working family tax credits?
It's been years since I claimed any.

I think it's about 4 weeks.

you're welcome chelle.

However, in my experience, and I do repeat my experience it has been about 3 weeks but then forever and a day to sort out what they have mussed up.
