Letting agents or Estate Agents

I have a property to let. Anyone know which is the best and why........Exclusive lettings or estate agents?

Letting Agents ..
They probably have a better advertising database.
They concentrate on lets, so would be better managers at them.

+ I don't think people go to a Estate Agent's first .. if they want to rent, they go to a Letting agency for a look first.
