Google Earth confirms this address does exist - the proper postal address is 71 Brecon Drive, Bury, BL9 9LE. It stands at the top of a cul-de-sac in a residential area.
But the phone number given is of a mobile.
If he's offering to buy anything of yours, sounds like you stay well away.
