hello can anyone tell me the hourly rate for first aid at work instructors...for example teaching a four day first aid at work course


i realise there may be some regional differences

I can tell you that next week we're having a first aid trainer in for the day at our company and he is charging �450 for the day for up to 14 people.


That's in London by the way.

don't forget coffeeman that while �450 sounds like a lot of money for 1 days work, the trainer charliebaps refers to will be self-employed.


If you quit your job, set up your own company and go & find the business in London then you too could charge that much

I think some one is being stiched up, for a start under HSE rule you can only teach 12 people at a time.
Also I would like to point our that �125 is the normal rate for a 4 day course, StJ and BRC charge huge amounts for if you need training in firtst aid SHOP AROUND

And a 1 days course should be no more that �250 for 12 people!
4 days course no more than �125 per person
