I am trying to get a visa to U.S.A for the investment I have bought, but the person who I gave the power of attorney is refusing to give me the management of the business. The loan is under his name yet I am the 70% sheraholder. I cannot get a visa unless he gives me full management. What Can I do?

I think you need to ask a solicitor to write a letter or advise you of the next step

why did you give someone else your POA? - if the loan to buy the investment is in his name, it seems he's holding all the cards....

bednobs answer is probably better than mine as a first step- although I wonder whether there are reasons why a POA has to remain with a US citizen until the visa is in place
