You'd be better off taking your measurements once a week. Muscle weighs more than fat.
Why worry what the scales say when you can see an improvement?x
The best time to weigh yourself is when you have lost a few pounds, or am I just stating the blooming obvious, good luck with your diet :-)

yes you are ratter but thanks anyway!Katie in my head if I cant see it on the scales then I just feel deflated,I havent taken any measurements will do that today I think.
What time do you currently weigh yourself? I weigh myself first thing in the morning
after a massive dump.
If youve only 5-6 lbs I wouldnt worry too much. Just eat more healthily than you normally do for a few days and see if it makes a diference. IMO calorie counting doesnt work. I dont count any calories, just careful what I eat.

It is a bit deflating when youve made a real effort and get no praise but please dont give up. You will be so happy when you achieve what you want. It will probably take another 6 months to achieve my goal but Im prepared to do it cos I know how I will feel :>)) xx
