Aim for somewhere in between hun!
My ex-wife used the expression, "Spiky boots or comfy slippers".

Women always go for the bad boys, then whinge when they are treated poorly!
If you have to ask, then sorry, but neither is right for you!
if you mean cute as in looks then forget it! If you mean a man who wants to pamper you and spoil you and do everything for you, also forget it!

just got for a nice man who respects you!

cute is good when youre young but not long lasting as a quality im afraid. Unless hes cute, spoils you, respects you and all the other stuff, then go for it!
;-)
Despite all that crap i just said, you go for the man who does it for you! No rules on this one im afraid!
the "sensible" one doesn't have to be boring, either!

Thanks to you all, stilla bit perplexed. Been through a messy divorce and have two kids to think about, wish i was in my late teens again!!
Whover said 'If you have to ask then neither' has a point!!
It's true verena. If you were in love with someone, there wouldn't be an equation.
Whatever happens, your children come first - and love can be found at any age. x
That was me...*pats herself on the back*
Well DONE max! x

ice maiden. why is life soooo difficult, my ex has re-married and i left with dating again.!!
bravo max! Tis true though! Never take "that'll do"
That's because I'm

Wonderwoman!
Sorry! Well, they say if you can't beat them...lol
with a beard and a very cute bottom! ;-)
Agree with Julie.

Yes, I understand it must be a bit daunting for you verena, but rather than think in terms of a long-standing relationship, I think you owe yourself a break, and to just have fun.
if it was me, I'd certainly steer clear of "singles" bars and clubs, and if you haven't got a friend/s to go out with, then take up a new hobby or interest, and meet people via that. x
It's Weeal who has a beard! I've only got a very large bottom, and a tendency to annoy! :O)
LOl!!!! did you read what IaP had to say about a "beard" yesterday?
I'm sorry Verena.
*put sensible cap on*

You'll be fine hun, it's not like you have to break up a major relationship. Don't think of yourself as "only" needing do much. You deserve what's best for you, and so does everybody else. Never settle for second or even third best. You've been married, you have kids. At least you have that!!! Don't sell yourself short. Don't settle with someone just because it feels odd being on your own, or because your family or friends are pushing you to find someone.
You're worth more than that, you know it.
I totally agree with Wonder Woman! xx
