Thinking on from a question posted in a different catergory, if you and you other half want to talk about certain things in front of innoncent ears, do you have your own little codes you use? If you do, how or why did you come up with those particular codes?

Me and my ex used to just look at each other and we'd know what were thinking or he'd say do you fancy some nooks!! Lol... not sure how it *** about though!
me and my bf refer to it as snu snu after watching an episode of futurerama with my daughter we have stuck to using it all the time even in the pub and no one knows any better hehe!
well our codes are for......takeaways!!! rubes = a curry ( as in ruby murray), and a C.H = chinese. and once weve had that theres no room for anything else!!
I know that most of the time I have to spell out what I mean in front of listening ears. Sometimes though I have to abreviate stuff so that it's just initials.

I know that at work we have nick names for the big bosses that are also not names of other staff names so that we can talk about them and not get into trouble.

In the 80's series Auf Wiedersehen Pet, whenever they used to talk about the German lads they used to say "Eric said" and then talk about them so that they would not get found out.
