Depends what your dream is, beach weddings look good in the photos but you have to do your research before you go.
I go to Las Vegas and its great to see the brides walking through the casinos in their long white dresses, even seen a bride queueing up late at night still in the dress for the disco, you can choose any hotel for a themed wedding, ie if you get married at the Venetian then you will use a gondola, the hotel arranges the lot if thats what u want, but I would suggest wherever you choose, you go for a holiday there first and check it out because its too late if you arrive somewhere and dont like it.
Good luck with your wedding plans.
try Virgin holidays they seem to do a lot of this and if family are going with you they get a small discount on the package but I believe you have to name the couples and you are limited to about 10 couples[ dont quote me this is what I was told] and you have to submit their names when you do your booking.
My daughter got married in the Banf Springs Hotel Banf, Canada. It was just a civil ceremony. It was beautiful, lovely photo's with the mountains in the background all covered in snow.

My son got married in Istanbul (to a Turkish girl). That too was lovely, he had to have 2 ceremonies though as he wanted to be married in the Catholic Church in Istanbul. So they had a civil ceremony first, then the full wedding in church a few months later.

It really depends on your taste what you go for, and wether you want all your family there. Not many of our family could make either of the weddings so you have to think about that too.

What ever you chose, I hope you have a wonderful day.
