morning, Wednesday midweek already, I hope that you are all as well as possible and that your day is a pleasant one, do you have anything planned for today? I have a friend coming over later to have a natter which will be nice, as i haven't seen her for a few weeks. The forecast doesn't look good, a high of 18c, with cloud and rain. If it was anything like yesterday it will be dire.

Morning guys. We all ok? Am utterly shattered - have only had 2 hours sleep so have made a cup of tea and will try for an other hour or so in a bit. Have got my youngest coming to stay at the weekend which will be fantastic as not seen him since Xmas. (I can’t keep saying TeenSmow when he’s 21 can I lol).

i don't take anything now as i found them to be totally ineffective.
