Hi this is a embarrassing question shouldn’t be really most of us have had them .
I have hemorrhoids but I’m find conventional creams are making me itch so there must be something in it that doesn’t agree with my bum .
I was hoping that someone has had a similar problem using creams and have found some other treatments
Thanks for any help

I would suggest that you go and talk to your doc. there may be a prescription treatment that will suit you better.
i was told by my doctor that these creams don't work, i had them for years and finally had them done by surgery, no more haemorrhoids.
have you tried suppositories? Less messy, for a start. Your GP may be able to prescribe treatments that don't itch.

Surgery works - but it can't really promise no more piles, there are always new ones to pop up.
not in my experience jno..
Yes , explain the problem to your doctor . He/She will have met this problem before .
Surgery.
indeed ^^
Had the same problem a while ago and found that the itch was due ti incomplete clean after bowel movement. Baby wipes or wet cotton wool helped that. In Portugal I was given some tablets, cannot remember the name, that I took in decreasing dosage over three weeks and these definitely helped along with a cream called fitroid here
You could also try natural remedy with witch hazel leaf, ginger root and horse chestnut
See your GP.

Don't be embarrassed, they deal with this sort of issue every day, so bite the bullet and go and talk about your problem - quickest way to get individual advice and treatment.

Some excellent answers coming out here thank you all
But these days don't you end up having to pay privately for such life affecting treatment/surgery ? NHS budget allocation seems strange these days. Time was when this sort of thing was included in the "free at the point of use" philosophy.
it's happened to me, emmie. Piles are just blood vessels that have got out of hand. There are lots of blood vessels.
Rather buying those products which are not prescribed by your doctor, it is much better to contact a doctor regarding your problem. hemorrhoids should be treated properly, they should nit be neglected or treated without care. It can lead to further emergencies. getting the correct treatment from a proper place is the best solution.
https://pilesfissure.in/ sharada clinic is one of the prominent in the locality where you can find solution for the problem. you can browse through for further details in their website.
