squ...thank you for your update which I find quite interesting.

Thrombosis of the sigmoid sinus in children is extremely rare and in my experience is ALWAYS associated with middle ear disease e.g mastoiditis.

I am glad that he is doing well......more questions need answering, but keep me informed.
