Yellow you would have to ask the Avon lady to give you a copy of the Vitamin supplement catalogue as they don't always give them out for some reason.  VITADVANCE HEALTY HAIR AND NAILS. It was my nails that they worked best on; really conditioned them so they were easier for me to grow them. They were pretty good on my hair, seemed to be shinier.Try Boots, I'm sure they do this kind of thing too.  Good luck. x
