i was told i have scar tissue inside my neck by a physiotherapist...this was while checking out a whiplash injury..i already had problems with my neck as i aslo have hypermobility in my neck and spine

the whiplash injury was actually pretty mild as i recall...i ddint need a brace or anything

this is starting to feel worse and worse and i am 'aware' of a tight sensation down the left side of my neck

i have some misalignment with my spine, hips etc, so i always put the neck probs down to that

i now think that this scar tissue he mentioned, must be adhesions...but can they get worse?

and does anyone know if theres a way to 'break them up' (the physio mentioned this and appeared to be trying to break them down)

is there anything i can do to sort this, short of surgery?

thanks
