Ever since i can remember ive had small freckle sized pimples covering my legs, my mum had them too. If you scratch them the sort of come to a head like a little white piece of skin stuff appears and you kinda rub it off like dry skin but the pimples still there. I dont know what to do but i cant stand another summer of hiding my legs, someone please help! :(

I think they`re the roots of the hair follicals. I well remember when my friend`s 3 year old son asked my why my legs were all speckly!
exfoliate daily and use a good deep moisturising cleanser and moisturiser. if you have dark skin, cocoa butter etc very good. you have to keep on top of this as your skin is constantly growing, and the most handy thing to use is a set of exfoliating gloves to do the job x
I have this too, and have done since I can remember. Even in P.E. at school I always wondered why my legs didn't seem 'smooth' like the other girls. I have always just assumed that there was nothing I could do to change this, so I am interested to read the responses and advice you may get. It would be great not to be have this any more!
I have bumps on the back of my arms and dry skin brushing really works a treat - a bit odd feeling to start with but very effective...
237 is right - I have had this too for as long as I can remember. Brushing and exfoliating helps, but it doesn't go away - it's the little hairs trying to get out!
