Which is the best diet, I would like to lose around one stone, there are so many diets its difficult to choose the right one. Thanks.

Linda buy a decent exercise bike with computer on it etc (about £100) and ride it for 40mins each day and also drink plenty of Water possibly 2 litres and i promise you the weight will drop off providing you dont go too mad with eating too much food, also you will feel so much better in your self, try eat plenty of fruit an Veg especially Bananas and you will feel full for longer. A really good diet I use when I want to lose weight quickly works. If you aim to do at least 30 mins of cardio- even a nice brisk walk will do the job at least 3 times a week . You can eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, potatoes, brown rice, rice noodles, ryvita, oat cakes, rice cakes, oats, low fat yogurt, chicken (no skin) beef (fat trimmed) eggs, fish, tofu. the main things you need to cut out are crisps, chocolate, refined foods (ie cakes, sweets and processed snacks) pasta and bread. No cheese except really light ones like philadelphia or light laughing cow. It genuinely works...
ooh and NO butter either :)

RI is right and we all know that but it aint easy. Avoid food specific diets,you'll just bounce back up again. Get used to eating what you like,eat when hungry and have smaller portions of food,never feel stuffed!
Exercise a little more,even walking,it will work ,slowly,but it will be more likely to stay off once down to ideal weight.
I personally would suggest trying to stick to a healthy diet which is consumming around 1200 calories a day and exercising 30 mins a day.

Ive done this before and it works great and I have kept the weight off. and its ok to have a little treat in the week like a biscuit or crisps etc.
