Ok, so after it went into spasm and I couldn't move I have been to the GP and I have an inflamed trapezium and been referred to physio. The reason I got in touch with the GP was for advice on whether to see a physio, a chiro or an osteo, I didn't necessarily need an appointment but they insisted.

Anyway, my question still remains unanswered - who should I go and see, rather than wait for however long for the NHS??
