What do you mean by "down below?"

Are you male or female?
If you are female, I think Sqad might agree it could be prolapse of the womb, and needs seeing to.
Pain felt deep in the vagina, and often accompanied by pain in the lower back, pelvic area, uterus or bladder, may be caused by medical problems such as pelvic inflammatory disease; or cystitis if the pain have just occured in the virginal area you should see a g.p.
Question Author
I'm female and the pressure is more so in my bum to be honest, I've had the back pain for a long time, I have looked on internet and it could be nerve damage which is why I feel the pressure but I wondered if anyone had had this and what treatment can I do for myself before my MRI scan becacuse its driving me mad!!
Is this about where your Cocsyx is? If so could be a small pilonidal cyst, I had one and my daughter, you will see a very small hole in the dip at the base of your spine, it will get worse and you may need an op if it is.
