Where can I get an overseas face lift safely? I am based in the UK.

Most of the surgeons in the UK are from other countries anyway. I am putting questions up about overseas surgery so that I can find out where to go that is safe. I travel a lot any way so I might as well combine my love of travel with a cheaper proceedure. So long as I can get the right advice. Thanks to everyone who naswered previous questions but so far I do not seem to have found out much of a specific nature as to how to go about checking out the surgeons and the clinics. Is there a blog spot on plastic surgery?
